Every time I have a problem, he always comes out and takes care of the issue, no matter how small or large it might be. I recently realized I was loosing a lot of water from the pool, so there must be a leak in the pool somewhere. Francisco sent Ricky out who was a super nice, personable, and very knowledgeable young man. He actually came out on a Saturday and stayed until he had the leak repaired and the other issues I had with the pool completely finished. Then on Sunday, I realized I might have another leak in the pool. Ricky came back out immediately and found another hole. He patched it, and I was very satisfied. They didn’t even charge me again. Pool Boyz is a great local small business, and I enjoy their customer service tremendously. I highly recommend them.

His pricing was fair/transparent, he was flexible and able to adjust to any ideas or changes I had throughout the project. He takes pride in his work. He was very considerate and respectful and helped me learn everything I needed to know in order to run the equipment and understand pool maintenance.
